Privacy, in plain language.

This policy covers the MirrorTDX coming-soon website, project journal, and project update list. The trading product will have its own terms and privacy information when it becomes available.

What we collect

When you submit a signup, we store your email address, consent, signup source and timestamps, subscription status, and an unsubscribe token. We also record the Kit subscriber identifier and delivery events needed to keep confirmation and unsubscribe status accurate. Temporary, hashed network information helps limit signup abuse. Authorized publishers sign in through ChatGPT; their account identifier and email address are used to control access.

How we use it

We use this information to process your request, send an email confirmation, and provide Mirror development updates, new blog posts, and launch news after confirmation. Kit is authoritative for email eligibility. Submitting the website form alone does not confirm a subscription. We do not sell your subscriber information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link included in project emails or the website unsubscribe link associated with your signup. We exclude locally suppressed addresses and addresses that Kit identifies as unconfirmed, unsubscribed, bounced, or complained. A previously unsubscribed address is not silently reactivated; fresh consent and confirmation are required.

Site services

Kit, formerly ConvertKit, processes email addresses, form associations, confirmation, subscription status, and email delivery. Our website sends Kit your address and signup website URL for these purposes. Kit may process email delivery and interaction information under its privacy policy.

OpenAI provides ChatGPT Sites and publisher sign-in. Cloudflare runs the website server code and stores website records and uploaded images through Workers, D1, and R2. These hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser and request information, and security logs when serving the website. Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. Google's privacy policy describes its handling of that request information. The publishing area uses necessary sign-in functionality. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Retention and requests

We retain subscription and consent records while needed to provide updates, operate the website, troubleshoot delivery, and respect your choices. After an unsubscribe, a minimal suppression and consent record may remain so we do not add you again without permission. Contact ask@mirrortdx.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. A request to stop updates is respected even when a minimal suppression record must be retained.

We will update this page when our handling of information changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
