A practical first release. A much bigger vision.
A look at the first Mirror experience: import your records, see your trades in context, and explore your performance.
The first version of Mirror has a focused job: turn supported trading files and accompanying chart data into a trading history you can inspect, visualize, and analyze.
Here's the experience we're working toward.
Bring your records
Upload a supported trade export. Mirror will guide you through recognition, mapping where needed, and review before you apply the import.
The goal is to reduce clerical work and make problems understandable when a file needs your attention. Initial format support will be focused; we'll publish supported sources as they're ready.
See your trades in context
With the associated chart data you provide, your entries and exits become part of the market picture. A trade is easier to understand when you can see its sequence and the price action around it.
Trade charts are one of the first places we want Mirror to feel different: careful, legible, and immediately recognizable as your own trading.
Explore the numbers
Performance dashboards will bring your trading data together into clear summaries. The initial analytics focus on established calculations such as trade counts, profit and loss, win rate, average winners and losers, and expectancy.
The purpose is to help you see where your results come from and where you might want to investigate further. Which analyses are available will depend on the records and context you supply.
Know what comes next
The Trading Assistant is the larger direction. More advanced investigation and interpretation will grow from a reliable record and sound analysis.
This first release is our starting point. We'll use this journal to explain decisions, show the product as it develops, and share release news when there's something concrete to announce.
Building a clearer view of your trading.
